The Fine Print:

There has to be a catch, right? Not really, but here are a couple of details about how the VIP program works.

  • Signing up is FREE!

  • VIP points expire two years from the day that they were issued. So, if you have not used your points by the date of issuance, they will be removed from your VIP Card.

  • Points are awarded at the time of check out - for example, if you refer a friend, bonus points will be added to your VIP card when they check out. If you rebook, you will earn those bonus points upon check out on the day of the service, not when scheduled. Etc.

  • VIP loyalty points cannot be earned on any injections.

  • VIP loyalty points can ONLY be redeemed for a complimentary service when booking with another appointment.

  • VIP loyalty points are non-transferrable - only the cardholder’s purchases are valid towards point accumulation.

  • Redeemed VIP points may not be used in combination with other special offers, sales items or special purchases.

  • You may may not earn points on purchases or services made using A Better You At Skinsations gift card, third party gift cards or tender.

  • VIP loyalty card is only valid for cardholder.

  • VIP loyalty points cannot be earned from previous purchases.

  • We reserve the right to terminate or modify the program at any time.
