THE TREATMENT

The laser process is quick and painless. Our medical esthetician or APRN may apply a light layer of lotion to your skin to protect the treatment area. The treatment applies the laser energy to your skin; you may feel a slight tingling of warmth and hear a slight popping sound when the laser passes over your skin.

Laser Toning is often combined with other procedures for optimal results. It compliments a wide variety of other treatments that can be done the same day such as facials and micro needling.

3-6 treatments recommended depending on the severity of the skin concern.

THE RECOVERY

After the treatment, any strenuous exercise, direct heat or anything that can cause excessive perspiration should be avoided within the first 1-2 days. Direct sun exposure should be avoided for 7 days after the procedure. If you experience any loose or scabby skin, let it fall off on its own. Do not pick at or use any exfoliation for 1-2 weeks after the treatment.

High intensity or active skincare should be avoided for the first 5 days after the treatment. Continue to avoid electrolysis, facial waxing and depilatory use for 1-2 weeks.
